We want to ensure your success! Here are some things to keep in mind when applying to any of our open positions.

    • Yes! Nearly all of our open positions are remote. We offer the opportunity for interested employees to utilize our offices in Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, and London for hybrid work as they choose.

    • Select positions may require employees to be on-site. Job postings will clearly state this when this is a requirement.

    • Review the job listings and identify the role that best suits your qualifications and interests. 

    • Carefully review the job description to fully understand the role's location, requirements, and responsibilities.

    • Some roles are location-specific so please confirm that you meet the role's working location requirements before applying. 

    • Ensure that the materials requested, such as your resume/CV, reel, and website, are current and updated.

    • Follow the instructions provided within each job listing and complete the job application.

    • Before submitting your application, double-check to ensure the provided information is accurate and complete.

    • Be sure that your resume and application are up-to-date and accurate. 

    • Resumes should include your work experience, software proficiencies, and relevant educational and/or practical experience. 

    • If you submit a showreel, please provide any passwords required to access it. Breakdowns of shots, in or alongside your reel, are preferred. When possible, please specify the details of your work in your reel.

    • Our recruitment team reviews each application and reaches out to applicants whose experience best aligns with current studio needs. 

    • Our goal is to reply to as many applicants as possible. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to send individual responses to everyone.

    • The time between application and contact varies and depends heavily on our evolving project schedule. When we do not have an immediate role to fill, we save candidate information in our database for future consideration.

    • If your application is selected, a member of our recruiting team will reach out to gather additional information and/or schedule an interview.

    • Our recruiting team will contact you for an interview via email. The email will include a link to an online scheduler where you can select the interview times that work best for you and add additional availability as needed. There will be an option to record your name and provide your pronouns so we can accurately address you during your interview.  

    • Once the interview has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to attend the interview.

    • When preparing for your interview, we recommend researching our company, reviewing our values, practicing common interview questions, and taking a moment to identify your strengths and core skill set. 

    • We encourage you to ask questions during the interview process. To prepare, we recommend taking a moment beforehand to reflect on any information you would like to know about the company, the role, and the interview process.

    • We are a global company, with the majority of our workforce operating remotely. Unless specifically requested by the hiring manager or the role includes in-person work, interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom and Google Meet

    • Our recruiting team will email you with an update within the two weeks following your interview. 

    • Additional interview rounds may be required and are based on the needs of each role.

    • Once a position is filled, we make every effort to notify all remaining candidates in consideration.

    • If we do not move forward with your application, we will keep your information on file for future consideration. We kindly ask that you wait 6 months before reapplying for the same position.

    • If you have any questions, please reach out to the recruiter who scheduled your initial interview.

    • Yes! We encourage all applicants to apply to any role(s) that align with their interests and experience.

      • Equipping our team with the tools they need to review each candidate, manage the hiring process, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

      • Assisting in scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring teams across departments.
